was it a special box just for that offer or did you just put your email in the ‘sign up for promotions and special offers’ box? When I first opened the desktop view, a box popped up but it was for a 99 cent smoothie, not the free item.
I downloaded the app, clicked on the banner and had a few seconds to click sign up on the popup before it disappeared behind a googleplay ad. I didn’t get it the first time so deleted and redownladed the app, then was able to get it. I hope that helps!

I got a free smoothie code clicking on the banner once i downloaded the app it took me to the website to enter my email. Then I received my free smoothie or other item coupon. Within a few minutes to my email. Then I went back to the app under the account tab at the bottom i signed up created an account and got a 5 off purchase coupon! On my account in the app. Sweet!! Treat for me and using my 5 off for a gift for my mother in law who’s bday is this week!! Thanks!!!

Downloaded the app and got the $5 coupon. When I went to the store to get the smoothie, staff was rude and told me I had to drive 30 miles to another store to get the smoothie. Called corporate and was informed not all locations participate.
