I’m pretty hardcore about what I use on and around my family and I’ve never been concerned with that. Isn’t all plastic BPA free now?
Agreed. The idea of making food cooked for a long period in a soft flexible plastic makes me very concerned. Would much rather clean a pan (or toss some aluminum foil or a disposable aluminum pan) than put those chemicals in the food. Interesting article:
