Any know when we receive the points? Thanks!

    • Sarah

I got mine when they were marked shipped (which happened to be about 8 hours after I placed the order).

      • ashley

Did you pay with cash or you used your points?

        • Sarah

I paid with $2 in points I had, and the rest was Cash.

  2. Sharon

Some of the Men’s Levi Signature jeans are giving almost full points back also. After you select the size and put them in your cart, you will see the reward points you can earn. I was able to get three pairs last night for basically free, but my mom was only able to get two. Sometimes the rewards are different for us, but I’m not exactly sure why. Great deal!

    • simply99

Did you use points to buy them or cash?

      • Sharon

You can NOT use your points on this and receive points too. It even reduced my points when I was going to pay with a gift card, so I paid with my credit card. My mom was able to use a gift card and it didn’t reduce her points. Go figure?!?!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Sweet find Sharon! Thanks for the heads up!

Is this deal available in store? Tia

  4. Nicole

    Thank YOU!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome Nicole!

a few weeks back when they were doing the boys jeans I bought 8 pair and it said I was getting back $102.55 back when I paid $50.45 for my purchase. I paid using my discover and it was like pulling teeth to get my points they would only give me the $50.45 in points and made me feel like I wasn’t even soposta get those : rolleyes: Then The points were set to expire on the 26 so I was going to take advantage of the buy shoes for the family get a pair for $1 I had $50 worth of stuff in my cart and went to check out and conveniently everything I had in my card showed out of stock! So I tried to find it in stores near me and that was then a joke! So then I added dishwasher detergent to my cart then I would get an error message that it couldn’t ship in my state. It ened up being such a hassle I ended up getting 3 27 count rolls of toilet paper and 2 boxes of dishwasher detergent all to pick up at the store!! Even the toilet paper couldn’t be shipped some message kept stating that the items couldn’t be shipped in my state!! So frustrating!!

I wm going to be cautious from now on purchasing from Kmart to get points back I spent a lot of money out of pocket to justify getting things free or free after points but such a hassle as of recently to use them and then couldn’t even get my items shipped they are still waiting for me to pick them up at the store, They will have to wait until next week since my drive is 45 minutes to my nearest Kmart!

I have issues every single time I try to do points promotions, too. Kmart is a mess.. I love saving money but the hassle with them has gotten to the point where it’s just not worth it.

    • nancy

I agree there’s always a problem when you earn bonus points. Mine never credit, and I always have to email them to fix it. Luckily they’ve always been very helpful, but it’s still a pain to have to email them every time. And I always have trouble adding stuff to my cart on their website.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Sorry to hear that Melissa! Thanks so much for the honest feedback 🙁

    • Luv 🌺

They still owe me $30 worth of points from a previous deal and $13 refund on cake boss silicon mat that was shipped to store but I never received. When I asked them about the $30 in pints I was told that it’s only an estimate even though it shows on my order confirmation and I emailed to them. I’m done with Kmart/Sears. They are liars.

    • Angie

This happened several times to me. So I’ve taken screen shots of everything!
The promos that any idea is offering, the points I’m suppose to get back, and any coupons I used.
And each time I’ve had to email customer service with my images to prove my point. I’ve gotten all the points I was suppose to get.
If it wasn’t for those surprise points I would give up on Kmart.

  6. Cari

I have only had problems in store with the points and coupons being used but you can call 1800 991 8708 and they are usually really nice and just add the points to me.

  7. melanie

Is this deal available in store also?

  8. tiffany

Does anyone know the size chart? Not really sure on waist sizes and how these run. I usually wear a size 2-4 sometimes a size 0 on some that run big, 3 in most junior.

    • tiffany

And they have odd number & even number sizes. Does that mean women & junior ? TIA!!

    • nancy

I wear size 1 Junior and I got size 24. And I’m 5’6″ and the length was just right so might be too short if you’re taller.

  9. C

Got four pairs 7.99 each came to 33 and change and get back 40 dollars in points. Good deal but I agree every time hassle with points I always keep record! They never give them but I call and then they will.

  10. Em

Does anyone know if points are rolling? It shows that if I pay $0.01 and the rest with points that I will still get the points back. But sometimes it’s a hassle to get Kmart to honor that 🙄

  11. Sara

I did a similar deal a few weeks ago and one pair fit okay while the rest were huge. Read the comments about sizing before buying!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Sorry to hear that some of them were too big! Thanks for the feedback Sara!

    • megan

Same here, the fit was terrible!

  12. gilly

I wasted time yesterday loading my car up with Kmart close only to have them delete all the items from my cart when I log in to purchase them their website is archaic and very frustrating to navigate I’m not going to buy anything from them anymore unless I have a deal. (Sorry run on sentences).

  13. Shanna Selman

I sent a copy of my confirmation email stating I would receive $53.41 in points on my order for 4 pair of the jeans plus 2 pair of flip flops. I was only credited $13.41 to my account. I emailed customer service and this is the reply I rec’d:

“Thank you for contacting Shop Your Way regarding your points balance.
We are sorry for any confusion the points estimate you saw has caused. The point balance displayed is an estimate only and we are unable to honor those points. The confirmation email does state: Points displayed are estimates only. Points earned vary based on purchase(s), offers, cancellations, or subsequent modifications to your order. The Route 66 women’s jeans were marked down below the required price for this offer to award. You can click on the “see points detail” link in the email to see the points earned on your account. If you are ever wondering what your account balance is, you can verify your account balance information by visiting http://www.ShopYourWay.com or calling 1-800-991-8708 and using our automatic phone system.
Once again, we do apologize for any inconvenience that this situation has caused. Thank you for contacting us and being a Shop Your Way Bonus member. We value your business and look forward to serving you in the future.”

Any advice on whether or not to continue to negotiate with them? Anyone else run into this issue from this deal?

    • Kim

Hi Shanna. I would call the ‘Rewards Team’. 1-800-991-8708. They were very helpful to me when I only got partial points on this deal. (I did one similar to you). They explained to me that my order was split into 3 separate orders when they were shipped from 3 different places (I ordered 2 pairs of the dark jeans, and 2 pairs of the light jeans. All same size, but they shipped from different locations. As well as some flip flops). Apparently that makes it look like separate transactions in their system and that somehow changed the points I was awarded. When I called, they were super helpful. Not sure if that’s always the case, but it worked out for me this time!
I came back to the post to see if H2S posted if their were any limitations on the deal. Because I’m pretty happy with the quality of the jeans for $8 (plus points back)! Hope this helps!

      • Shanna Selman

Thanks for your input Kim. I replied to the denial email and was eventually rewarded the points. 🙂
