This type of pillow is the best for pregnancy!! I used it both ways (closed end on top and open ends on top) and had a twin pregnancy with very minimal hip and low back pain. I even took it to the hospital with me with different pregnancy related stays and it made all the difference!

I have rheumatoid arthritis and this pillow is amazing! It stays in place with all my tossing trying to get comfortable, and doesn’t shift easily overnight. So whatever support I need on various joints falling asleep remains throughout the night. Totally recommend if you’ve got RA or joint pain.

Literally just about to buy since my Snoogle from my first pregnancy is getting worn down. That is shaped like a C. Would this be better? Just dont want to feel caught up in it when I pee like 5 times a night!
