Is anyone else having problems getting into their account? Mine keeps saying “you have to confirm your account before continuing” but no clue how to do that… nothing was emailed, etc.
I had no problem logging in. However when it asked what size diapers, I put the last one higher than size 2, it then said unfortunately I was not qualified blah blah blah. Oh wells, there’s always next time 🙂

i had a different problem, but both problems may be due to heavy traffic. i started answering the questions, then i got an “Error 504” page, and i was unable to continue or move forward or back from there. site seemed frozen.
i left the website for a while. when i went back later, i was taken to the end of the questions without having to re-do anything, and it confirmed my account information. it showed the address and name i have on file with my 7th Gen forum account, i was able to hit “Submit” or “Accept,” and it seemed to confirm my sample.
If you email customer support they will send you a new confirmation email. The same thing happened to me. Could not find the email. I’m pretty positive it never existed 🙂
