Nope. Most Targets will not apply coupons or CW when you go to pick up in store.
I went to do this deal but it only let me use one coupon on the dove. It specifically said on the coupon limit one dove coupon.

This coupon states “limit one coupon per purchase on product, maximum of 2 identical coupons per shopping trip”, which means you can definitely use 2 coupons in one transaction!
