Your really need to get a larger canner unless you are going to do really small batches. I have a 16 qt Presto canner and sometimes I am frustrated by my limited size.
A pressure cooker is actually different from a pressure canner. You aren’t able to use these for canning

Two years back I got this during thanks giving sale. I am not ok with the material. Very light weighted and inside it ,changed color very soon.

IMO I would not get an aluminum one. I have a stainless one and it has held up well. Good luck!
In Brazil, we have a different kind of pressure cooker that lasts for years. My mom has hers for over 10 years. Lol. But it makes a little bit more noise so maybe it will scare you. Lol. They sell it on Amazon. 🙂
