@Sarah I was told by customer service they don’t adjust for Cartwheels, just in store sales if within 30 days

IF you don’t need the candy, I’d wait for clearance. I have a family member that works at Target, and they begin their big holiday set up on 11/1 (employees are scheduled as early as 4 am tomorrow). Additionally, Target usually clears out the Halloween decorations and candy pretty quickly with most of it being gone by the first Sunday after Halloween. Clearance percents will vary depending upon how much your local store needs to get rid of.
