I was able to see an advance screening of the movie this week and it was excellent. It was very graphic, as all war movies are, so definitely not appropriate for the younger set (I just closed my eyes and gripped my husband’s hand). The heroism of the primary character (Desmond Doss) was beyond understanding as was his never ending resolve to stand by his convictions. The world needs more people like him.
