      Hi Ashley, from the Gymboree visa website:

      Use your Gymboree Visa Card to make your purchase. Within 30 days after you have received your order, staple the original online receipt to the Enrollment Bonus Certificate (duplicates will not be accepted) and send to:

      Gymboree
      Attn: Online Enrollment Bonus Redemption
      2299 Kids Way
      Dixon, CA 95620

      Gymboree Customer Service will credit your Gymboree Visa Card account within 10 business days of receipt and will mail you a proof of credit receipt for your records.
      (As far as I remember they did not mail me this proof so I was just checking my balance online until I noticed the credit showed up. Also, it took them like 3 weeks from receipt so don’t panic if the credit doesn’t show up after 10 days)

      This is what I did last year and it worked. For original online receipt you just print out your email order confirmation. I would make a scan of the email and the enrollment bonus certificate in case it would get lost in the mail. Hope this helps!
