Fyi I love my Dyson stick vac for my stairs, couches, quick messes and vehicles but beware these first generation ones only last about 9 mins on high and 15 on low and charging takes about 8 hrs. I called the company and they confirmed that was the correct amts. Stinks when you want to do a few rooms, it doesn’t even last for our three bedrooms and they are below average size. BUT the new ones that came out not to long ago are suppose to last triple the times. So if your looking for it to be your only vacuum and not just for certain things you may want to wait for a deal on the newer ones 🙂
Ooh and i blame myself for getting excited about a light weight vacuum with no cord and not looking closer at the specs 😉 i got mine black Friday and scooped it up because out seemed like a deal. Should have known to do my research for a large purchase hehe
Extremely helpful info. Thanks. I was thinking about this since I’ve never bought anything refurbished before, but it didn’t even dawn on me to look into how long a charge lasts. I think I’ll hold out for a newer one.

How do you tell if this is first generation?
You can just look at the specs online or on the box in store and it will say how long the time is on low and high. When you click on this one the specs say on high youll get 6 mins
