Kinda off topic, but I really hate SYW rewards because every time I see one of these deals here, my reward never work. I’m signed in to my account and it says I have $7 in surprise points, but when I am in check out screen it says $0 for both member points AND surprise points- what gives??
Sometimes surprise pts are like $7 off $70 , u will need to check that if that’s not the problem think you will need to call syw

Does anyone know on the 100% back deals, are the points supposed to post immediately or will they be added at a later date.
I’ve done two of the 100% back in points and they both said after item is picked up or delivered
check your accounts. I was issued the points in my account but they all of the sudden took back a bunch of other points from something, not sure what. I had an $11 point balance before placing an order, placed the order and my 56000ish points posted to my account but I have a -33000ish negative balance that was not there last night and showed up after the order was placed.
It posts after the item is delivered or after you pick up the item (if you selected in store pickup)
actually the points already posted in my account. My account had a negative point balance for some unknown reason.
