That is wrong. You should check with a manager. You can use cartwheel with a coupon. I wish all targets would get it together with their policies!

I was able to get one Barbie each but did them in separate transactions just to be safe. I don’t believe it would allow 50% off on both in one. These will definitely go great with the Barbie dream house /camper deal from Matel Collin posted last week that I got.
