I got a Asus Transformer 2-1 laptop for my daughter for Christmas for $130 shipped. Amazon has it listed at $279 right now. It seems like quite a deal to me. Thanks.

Does anyone know what their return policy is? If there is a problem with one of the computers is it easy or hard to return?

You must keep the original box and every single part of the box. I say this because a year ago I bought a computer desktop for my son and it had a box within a box. Because it had been heavily raining UPS did not secure it in a plastic bag the outer box was falling apart. The desktop had a plastic see through area that was caved in. It was missing ram. I contacted them and they asked me to ship the whole thing back. I told them at this time the very outer box was destroyed and they assured me that it would be fine if it were just in the inner main box. I shipped it to them and they opened my box and looked over the computer. After looking over the computer they determined that because I didn’t ship it in BOTH boxes they were returning it to me with no exchange or corrections and they returned it in slow mail. So I contacted a manager there to talk about the issue when I received the email my request for exchange had been denied. They refused to do anything because I didn’t follow “procedure” and so I couldn’t be sure the damage didn’t happen on the way back to them. Even though it was in Styrofoam and the box that sells on the shelf with the pictures and the barcode. Because I had contacted the manager she she had to visually go look at the item it was put in “holding”. Long story short from the time I spot to the manager til the time this item arrived back on my doorstep it took 3 weeks to get it. I had gotten it for my son for xmas but because of the slow process and the issues it was not available as a christmas present. I ended up fixing the comp myself by contacting the manufacturer directly Ibuypower PC. They sent me a replacement door and I bought ram elsewhere.
I have returned an SSD with no problems.

Just make sure you do every single little detail they want you to do with the return and make sure you double check what needs to be done.
