The standard one is showing as $249.99 for me which is a great deal!

Been wanting one for ages, but $450 just felt like too much to spend. Grabbed one in red for $249.99…merry Christmas to me! Thanks Collin! You

Wanted to say a 2nd thank you on this deal! It seems they ran out of the Standard Reconditioned blender ($249) so upgraded me to the Programs Reconditioned blender ($379) at no extra cost! I was a little bummed to see AFTER I had ordered that Groupon had the Standard at the same price as Vitamix, but with 10% Ebates cash back. However this upgrade more than makes up for the 10% back! Hope others got lucky as well. Thanks again Collin.

I do not recommend getting a refurbished one. We got one two years ago. It smelled a bit strange (burning chamically smell) at high speeds from the get go. We were supposed to ‘break it in’ and by the time we decided that it was definitely not okay, the return time had expired. Now, it will randomly completely die on high speeds. I feel my cheap $20 blender blends better. Huge disappointment… I saved for YEARS for one. 🙁

It should still be under warranty, contact them!

Yes contact them. The best customer service ever!

We bought a refurbished one about 5 years ago and it is going strong. Love it and couldn’t pay the price of a new one.

    • Marie

Same! I’ve sent in ours for repairs twice (our fault) and had excellent experience and didn’t pay a cent.

I’ve had a refurbished blender for 4 years I absolutely love it. The only issue I had was the tamper had ended up with a hole in it. I contacted Vitamix they replaced it no questions asked. Great customer service. Love my VITAMIX!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh wow! Thanks for sharing your experience Viv! Good to know!

My refurbished Vitamix is still going strong with regular use after eight years. Love it. If it breaks, I won’t hesitate to get another refurb.
