It is on the place order page. Where it shows shipping method, you will see a box that says edit. Click that and you can choose the no hurry shipping in there. HTH!!
I wouldn’t work for me in safari on my MacBook, but did work in IE on my Dell. Hope that helps!

Is anyone else having issues with Macy’s canceling orders? I placed 5 orders on Wednesday and today was told 3 of them had been canceled as they couldn’t verify my phone number. I called customer service and got told over and over to provide them with an alternate phone number that they could use to verify my shipping address…but I only have the one number.
They couldn’t even explain to me why only some of my orders couldn’t be verified, and couldn’t help ensure it wouldn’t happen for any other purchases I placed going forward.
So frustrated.
Yes… I have tried 5 time and keep getting g site down when I go to checkout..This sucks

I placed several orders using this promotion. I got 5 Philosophy 3 in 1s for $12 each with $10 Macy’s Money back, 5 under $10 Burt’s Bees sets with $10 Macy’s Money back, and 5 of the $11 Urban Decay doorbuster lip glosses on sale with $10 Macy’s Money back. What I did notice is that when you went through the checkout, after switching to no hurry shipping you *had* to click save before proceeding. The amount of time for each Macy’s Money to show up seemed varied/sporadic, but they did all show up. This was such an awesome deal!
Does anyone know if this deal is still going? I tried to order a burts bees set and didn’t see the option for the $10 Macy’s cash.
