Hi Jeannie! It appears that their system had a typo in one section saying there was a limit of five for the Coke offer, but it appears to be a limit of 1, the same for the gift card offers. Sorry for any confusion on that.

Ordered gift cards this morning, when I tried to order additional ones I was given the message: Profile has reached redemption limit for this item.
That’s because it’s one per account and you ordered your one this morning.

They will give them back more then once. I have done it 3 times over a few years. Disney will NOT give them back. They can sfuff it. Half of the new movies I buy say they come with points and never do. They are sooooo cheap. I’m thinking of redoing my daughters frozen themed room because they will not budge on this. Everyday is a constant reminder how terrible they are.
I agree- I put in the codes from all my childhood movies when my mom brought them over for my kids, hundreds of points worth, and they’ve all disappeared. Was saving them up for something good, but now I have nothing!!
They expire if your account is inactive for a certain period of time. I got them to reinstate one time but that was probably 4 years ago.

Go to “contact us” at the bottom of the page (you have to scroll down). Then do the virtual help option. When the conversation box comes up, type, “I am missing points” and press enter. It will give you instructions and toward the bottom of the instructions, click the link, then click the option that says that entering the codes is too time consuming. Then another screen will come up letting you know that your points have been returned to you. This will only work if your points have been taken within the past 6 month and if this is the first time that you are requesting that your points be returned to you.
THANK YOU SO MUCH for posting about this!!! I had been saving for years and had 3286 points that expired!!!!! I was so upset with myself yesterday when I discovered it! I relied on the warning email that my points were about to expire and never got the last one. I never thought to call and ask them about it! So thank you so much for posting about them returning your points. I just finished talking to them on the phone and they gave them back!! So happy!!!! 🙂 Setting an alert on my phone right now to make sure that never happens again!! 🙂

Yeah me too I have a huge bag of caps but they have that dumb limit of 120 points a week. I have enough lids it will take me 6 months of entering the max every week to run out. I have been throwing them away. Why have a weekly point limit? So silly. I’m not diciplined enough to remember every week.

So I entered a code which gave me the contest entry, but it did not give me points. Is that how it is supposed to work? I think I’d rather have the points than the contest entry, because of course, I lost – LOL!
Yes that’s how it works. You get a contest entry or points depending on what field you enter the code in but you don’t get both.
Does anyone know when the site resets the points for the week? I reached my limit last night and still have more codes to enter. Thanks!

this morning when the same deal was posted, the Amazon card was not available to me. (not showing as sold out, but just not showing up through the link posted, or when i searched in the rewards.)
now it is showing up just fine, and i was able to get one. if you didn’t see the promo you wanted earlier, it may be worth checking back again.

I entered my codes on the link and realized after entering roughly 10 of them my account wasn’t being credited. Apparently the Coke codes are used to enter into the holiday sweepstakes. Entering a Coke code in the holiday sweepstakes does not give you both a sweepstakes entry AND Coke points. I hope to save someone some frustration. Happy holidays.

Don’t they release more 30 pt 12 pack codes closer to Christmas? Seems like last year they limited the deal to one per user at first then a few weeks later they raised the limit to 6 or something. Does anyone else remember this?

The Coke offer now states only one per offer. Several years ago, they used to post a different offer every day. They were a lot better than what they give now. However, free is free and can’t complain about that!
True True. I guess we were spoiled with the previous offers. I know I usually save up my points for this time of year because I know we usually get good deals so this does put a damper on things but we will get used to it.
