So you can still use coupons or the surprise points offers and get points back, just can’t use points?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hi Amy! When you pay with points it will change the amount of points you can earn. Hope this helps!

  2. heidiledwards

I can’t find the page on their site where it tells you what they are offering shop your way points for. Do you have that link?

  3. Amy

So where it gives you a option to type in how many points to use, is that where you use surprise points only?

  4. M

Holy cow. This is a great deal.

  5. Mal

Mine worked on those freeze glasses..so I think it works on things other than apparel

  6. Marie

I just got a bunch of stuff for my son!!! Thank you so much, once you put $20 in your cart of merchandise it shows the $20 back in points, I did multiple transactions and got the $20 back each time!! Thank you so much Collin!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Awesome! You’re welcome Marie!

  7. sweet

Thank you so much for posting this deal!! Do you know how many transaction we can do and still earn the points? Thanks!

    • Lisa

The site says: Members get $10 in points when you spend $20 or more on Team Sports apparel & merchandise at Kmart. Points valid for 14 days. Max of 50,000 points per member. INSTORE and ONLINE.
I maxed it out! WooHoo! Got some good stuff.
I didn’t redeem the points I had saved up, because when I tried to, the points I was going to receive disappeared. You CAN use coupons, though.

  8. Candice

Yes I am wondering too if there is a max on it

  9. cindy

I hope my sears gift cards I ordered from ebay get here in time to do this deal! I am going to love this!

    • Tammy

Cindy, I have to caution you against using Sears gift cards for this deal or any other in which you are hoping to earn points. I learned this the hard way back when Collin posted about getting grilling items (Father’s Day) and earning points up to $50.00. I made a special trip to Kroger and purchased the gift cards in order to earn the additional gas points. When I did the transaction online, and paid with my gift card, it was promising me the points all the way through my transaction, but they never posted to my account. When I read the fine print, it did state that you cannot receive points when you pay with a gift card. I contacted Sears multiple times, and they kept promising me to add the points to my account, but they never did. Typical Sears. I would advise you to pay for this some other way and use your gift cards for something else. I’m not trying to be negative and I am very grateful for all of the deals Collin posts here, but I do not want you or anyone else here to be disappointed.

Where does it say the part about not getting points when you pay with a gift card? I have done that too as that way I don’t have to put the purchase on a credit card. I don’t think I got any points when I actually purchased the gift card so it seems you should get points when you use it to make a purchase. When they had the deal for the Everlast clothes, I used a gift card but didn’t get the points. After going back and forth, they finally said that it was because I placed the order the last day of the promotion and by the time it posted to my account, it was no longer available. They did add the points to my account eventually.

      • cindy

I do it all the time, and never had a problem.

  10. ally

Thanks! Got a plush throw blanket for a gift! Also, for those who are wondering..in the picture she posted above it appears the limit is $50 in points per member. I could be wrong though.

  11. Kate

If I use points to buy something, I won’t earn points, right?

    • Lisa

      Right

    • pat

The site DID allow me to use $3 in “surprise points” on my order… it reduced my points back by 30 cents, but I was happy to use those points because they tend to disappear fast.

  12. broadway96

I bought a Cubs duffle bag, and sock hat it was $30 total free ship, got $30 in Rewards points back. If you load coupons they have 5% more rewards and $5 off $25 clothing.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Sweet deal! Thanks for sharing!

  13. M.

My account gave me $10 in points with a $10 purchase – got my son a “free” hat for Christmas! I use the points to buy milk and grocery items

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Awesome score!

  14. Candice

Yes I noticed too that certain items also qualify for the spend $30 get $10 as well. I was able to get a NFL backpack and a NFL body pillow for $32 getting $30 back πŸ™‚

  15. Tammy York

How long does it take for the points to post to your account after you have made a purchase?

  16. Candice

Usually when it ships or when you get the ready for pickup email

  17. Tammy York

    awesome, thank you!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome Tammy!

  18. Lolie

Does anyone know when this offer expires?

  19. Lolie

Never mind I saw the date Dec.8th, sorry!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      No worries! πŸ˜‰

  20. Jacqueline

How many times can you use this? I’ve done 3 so far…eek! I used up a dollar or two each time in acquired pts to keep the OOP down.

    • Nancy

      There’s a limit of $50 dollars.

  21. Candice

Got my points!! Thanks so much for posting this deal!!! I ended up with the nicest presents ever for my family!!! My budget was about $5 a person lol, but now they each got mind blowing presents free when I buy the laundry detergent I needed to buy anyway lol!!!! Thank you thank you!!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Great to hear you could snag some awesome gifts on the cheap! You’re very welcome Candace!

  22. Candice

I just have to say I love Kmart/Sears! I mean when was the last time you went to a store and bought your required $40 worth of household products for the month and they handed you a prelit Christmas tree or a pair of boots and a jacket lol and said here have this free because you have to buy laundry detergent lol!!!! That is what shopping at Sears and Kmart is like!!!

  23. Carol

I did find some team sports items that qualified but it was hit and miss. Is there a way to filter so I can know what qualifies before I go to cart?

  24. cindy

OK, I put off doing this deal because I thought I had until the 8th. I would like to find out how we know how long these deals last so I don’t miss them. Thanks in advance to anyone who could give me advice.
