Did you use coupons/kohl’s cash? I believe the total has to be $50 after discounts/cash to qualify for free shipping. I had over $25 in cart last time when they had free shipping with $25 or more and as soon as I used a coupon code and it dropped, it started to charge shipping.
I used the coupons..In order to the get the free shipping I had to add a more items.
