It doesn’t say if it is the 16 gb. I still find this to be a great deal even if it happens to be the 8gb. It comes with a case and memory card. I’d say this deal is worth it for sure. My kids love these tablets. I got them last Christmas.

The ads are only on the lock screen when you turn your kindle on. Once you swipe to get past the lock screen the ad disappears. No pop ups-avid kindle user here.
They’re not pop-ups, just an ad on the lock screen. Instead of, say, a wallpaper image. This (and the requirement to pay a fee for removal) has been around for awhile.
Was anyone able to actually get this? I ordered it and it looked fine until I hit submit then it said it would be the 109.45. When I spoke with hsn to get the $20 credit they said the Visa checkout would disqualify the order from inclusion in other promotional offers or discounts such as the Today’s Special. They are sorry they couldn’t extend that price to me.
How strange as it still works for me. I’m wondering if you might be able to call again and see if another representative might have more info to help.

Ok, the charge is still in the pending section on my bank acct. Here is what customer service said (via chat):
We authorize the full amount (including S&H and tax) for each item at the time of purchase as you shop before any discounts are applied. These charges will be adjusted with your financial institution at midnight on day of purchase. So the higher charge of $104.18 will either fall off of your account or adjust to the correct amount of $83.33 within the next three business days.
My account was charged 99.95 pending. I’ll wait to see if it adjusts, but I never got an email confirmation from HSN that I bought it, and when I check my orders on their site they don’t have any order for me. Not sure what’s going on, hope it all goes through!

Update: Found my order! It’s because I completed my order as a guest instead of creating an account and the CS said this about the 99.95 pending charge: When an order is submitted, we calculate all the discounts and advise the customer how much they will pay. However, we gain authorization for the regular amount (without the discounts). If everything remains the same, we withdraw the promised amount from the customer’s account and ship the order. I can confirm that $79.95 will settle on the card. Yeah!!!
