I managed to find a 20% off coupon from the previous Parents magazine that wasn t thrown out yet. The new one (January) doesn t have one. I opted to do a big order (over 75), so i can get free shipping AND use my coupon and when everything comes, i will probably return something at the store (we re visiting family at an area where there is actually a store). That way i m not loosing the coupon for free shipping.
It not nice they decide to change the shipping conditions randomly…

If you’ve placed an order within the last several weeks, please go check your account. Mine says “in progress”, and I ordered on 12/10. They don’t answer the customer service line, and their email replies are generic and devoid of any information. They’ve put out a statement on their Facebook page, you may want to have a look. I wouldn’t count on getting your items before Christmas.
I ordered on 12/10 as well and finally got my shipping confirmation. It is supposed to arrive on 12/27. The lured us in with the free shipping (4-10 days) and hold onto our orders for 10 days until the send them out. Well that’s just fantastic. >:-| I sat on hold for an hour and they offered me a 20% discount on my next order. Really?
