I just tried it and it was only taking $12 off at checkout not the $18. It was weird.
The purple Revlon mascara, although it looks similar to the others, isn’t included in the $3 off which may be why. That happened to me to, and I looked through my cart to see what was causing it. Hope that helps! 🙂
T was like that for me too but after checking one of the mascara types wasn’t eligible for the coupon so I just changed the type to a different one and it worked

Just an update in case someone has same problem. I was able to order the deal on December 11th for the 6 mascaras and beauty box to be delivered December 16th for the mascara and December 27th for the beauty box. I called today to find out where mascara was as website said it was delivered. I got someone overseas who stated that UPS errored in their system and it was never delivered as it is out of stock and so is the beauty box so would I like a refund??? I am so upset right now as I was going to use them for friends gift baskets. No apologies or nothing. Probably would have kept my money if I had not called. Until Target.com makes some changes I don’t feel comfortable ordering online through them anymore.
