Zulily has been awful lately. I ordered something weeks ago with guaranteed Christmas delivery that hasn’t even shipped yet. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times about their guarantee (to see how they compensate you if it does not arrive by Christmas) and they refuse to respond.
I hate to start a complaining chain but I ordered stuff from Zulily about 4 years ago. 1/2 of it came broken and couldn’t be replaced. After about 2 months of trying to get a hold of them they finally refunded me when I shipped the items back. Since then I haven’t ordered from them. I only ordered once, so I know my experience may not be representative of this company all the time. But, it was not a good experience.
I too was disappointed with them. I won’t order again. I don’t appreciate the all sales final approach with kids clothes. And the quality didn’t seem good. Lots of other options for online shopping.
However, I have this carrier and love it!

I order from Zulily on a monthly basis, and it has happened multiple times that an item was defective (i.e. one arm was wider than the other on an infant bodysuit. Or, an extra hole that shouldnt have been there, punched in a shoe. Or once, I ordered a sandbox for my kids but the wood wouldn’t line up properly when putting it together.) Or the packaging is damaged.
Service@zulily -it may take some effort but in my experience someone will get back at you, and usually within 12 hours.
They only once sent me a replacement item (a dress they so happened to have in stock still), all other times, I was sent a refund and $10 credit for the inconvenience.
While it’s true, it sucks when they mess stuff up but on the other hand, I feel like customer service has always made it right which gives me confidence in shopping with them.
And as far as their shipping goes -yes ma’am, at times it literally takes weeks and that can be a li’l frustrating, especially if you hoped for it sooner but hey… C’est la vie 🙂
I’m having my Third in May and want one of these. I would have preferred a darker one but this is a good deal. Are they easy to clean?
Yes! I just throw mine in the washer and then air dry. I Recommend drool guards for the straps -i ordered a couple off of etsy because you can get super cute prints!

Bummer! Ordered the same for$79.99 and $5.95 for shipping couple of days ago and when contacted the customer service for price match, they couldn’t do that when it’s not delivered though..
I purchased one from Albee baby with a cute pattern on it! For $69.99 with free shipping and it came within about 7 business days! I was impressed!
