For the first time, I used parchment paper on my cookie sheets and I am telling you, I will never bake cookies without it again! No sticking to the sheet and no dark bottoms. I slid the sheet right off onto our counter to cool and then put a new piece on the sheet to bake the next tray. So easy. Try it. You will not be disappointed.

I used to buy the rolls and tear them off and then have to cut them and fit to my cookie sheets. Well I just tried the precut sheets this past weekend. OMG they are so easy and fabulous! Love them! I will never go back! Thanks for finding us the deal!

Are these resuable?
I reused them for my baking that afternoon, but then tossed them when I was done with the batch. They get greasy after a couple uses.
Yes, I just did this last night with four sets of “homemade pizza pockets.” Even with a little bit of the cheese spilling out and burning – I was easily able to get the mess off with a spatula and place on the next batch.
