I’ve placed 5 Old Navy orders since Nov 27th, and still pending shipment! My order on the 27th was 15 days ago! I’m starting to wonder if I’m going to get any of it
Hey. I just received my order from Nov 25. On Thursday. I called them to see what was going on. It seemed like they had a lot of orders.

My order from November 25th still hasn’t shipped yet. No response to several emails and have tried to call 3 times but had to give up each time after more than 10 minutes on hold. Don’t know how they are still advertising that you will receive your order by Christmas if you order before 12/18/16. This is very off-putting.
Okay, so I posted on their facebook page this morning regarding how long my order is taking to ship and I just received a tracking number with info. saying that I will receive the rest of my order tomorrow. It seems as though the “squeaky wheels” are being prioritized. Still not sure that I will buy anything from ON online again any time soon.
But what was crazy I ordered online from them after Nov 25 and those orders came before the 25 one. Hope you get them on time.
Oh wow. I ordered from Gap back in November and that order said pending and then two weeks later they canceled. I think Gap and Old Navy are overwhelmed this year.
I have had the same problem. I made my order on cyber Monday and it still isn’t here. I keep seeing more things I would like to order, but I’m just not confident they will get here before Christmas. I had the same problem the last time I ordered through athleta and it wasn’t around the holidays.

I placed an order 9 days ago and it is still pending. Free shipping shows 5-7 business days. Well its already past that, just wish they would of contacted us to let us know. I’m not very happy about Old Navy not communicating!!! Hope y’all get your orders soon as well!
I had the same problem. Placed an order over Thanksgiving. Only received two items thus far. I got an email last week stating it might take 30 days and they may cancel all together. I hate when this happens. Seems to happen more when you use your rewards to make purchases during peak sales. They probably give priority to those not using rewards. I would have went in store if I wasn’t recovering from surgery.
Send an email and tell them you want to cancel your order. That gets their attention. I did it last week, cause I was so fed up of waiting for my Cyber Monday order. Never heard back, but received a tracking number via email. They immediately prioritized my order and shipped it out.
Old Navy received 4 million orders on Cyber Monday, apparently far more than they could have planned for! I placed a total of 7 orders over that weekend and they are arriving this week, within the 8-12 business days window they promised. Slow, yes, but as promised. They definitely got swamped!

If you are a card member and can use one of their free shipping codes for card members, be sure to do that. I use MYCARD for my gap visa and have not had any issues getting any of my orders. I shipped some items to my nephews a couple weeks ago and they got them last week.

Be ware! You might not get your shipment before Christmas! I too placed a order cyber Monday and one item has shipped, one item cancelled since it’s now out of stock and over ten items have not shipped yet. Crazy slow! I will probably call too.

There is a girl who I know who creates bags and gives them to the homeless every year. I always find a good deal on hats/scarfs/blankets. It is past the deadline for this year but I will hang on to the scarfs I just bought. I ordered 14 scarves for 16.80. I placed an order on Nov 29th and it’s been “pending shipment” for over a week. I waited on hold for half an hour on Saturday to speak to a rep. She said I couldn’t cancel the order and that I should receive my items by Dec 15th. She emailed me a 20% off a future purchase promo code and supposedly applied a 15% promo to my order, but i see zero evidence of that. I just checked for a status update and it’s still pending shipment! UGH. Part of my order was new clothes for my new job (which I started today), my college graduation (this Thursday), and for my fiance to wear in our wedding. I am NEVER ordering from Old Navy again.
Do NOT expect your order to arrive before Christmas!!! I actually just got ONE of my items sent with a delivery date of December 26th (I should specify the carrier is still waiting for the actual package and just the label was created). Awesome. I ordered on the 5th, so it isn’t like there wasn’t plenty of time!!! I have no idea why they are saying things will be here before Christmas when they appear to be shipping my order of 10 items in groups of 1 or 2. A SERIOUS problem on their end. Great sale but I would not expect to be able to use for any Christmas presents.
Worst customer service of any company I’ve done business with. Since placing my original order with them on 12/12/16, I’ve received three separate notices saying they’re not able to fulfill certain parts of my order. Every time I try to track my order, it shows “pending.” And calling customer service number is a complete joke. After waiting over 20 minutes twice, I gave up.
It appears the longer I wait, the more items they will be cancelling. It is obvious Old Navy is unable to do what it says it’s going to do. Last time I’ll be ordering with them. Should have listened to the readers’ comments and saved myself the aggravation 🙁
