I was agreeing with you at first, but it’s her exhusband. While drinking and driving isn’t funny, the dig to him may have been funny.
Ex or not, it still affects EVERYONE else on the roads at the time.. And if they have children, a life time of pain…
Its sad people need these. Prohibition should have stuck. Think of all the innocent lives that would have been saved. Also think of all the money saved, and the fewer health problems, they would be fewer smokers, fewer enlarged livers, fewer arguments, less violence, alcohol is a terrible thing.

People would have just got it elsewhere. Like drugs today. This heroin epidemic is not around because we legalized it…
So because people will do it anyways we should just let them kill themselves that is not the answer either. Go spend time with addicts and see that glamorizing it is not what we should be doing.
It is sad and having a love one suffer because of it was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to experience in my life. I don’t drink much anymore I don’t see the enjoyment in it like I used to after witnessing how it destroys some people.
I only drink (at a max of 3 drinks) a couple times a year and I have a breathalyzer. I’m a lightweight and like to make sure I’m being safe. It’s just responsible to have something like this. Calm down.
There is always ‘that guy’ at the party who insists they are fine to drive. If something like this is available to prove them wrong, it may work. Just my 2 cents. Merry (safe) Christmas and Happy (safe) New Year !!
