I’m trying to decide if I should use Simple Canvas or Easy Canvas for some prints I want for my home. Has anyone great or not so great experiences with either company they’d be willing to share? It appears that currently the prices on Easy Canvas are cheaper for the sizes I’m interested in but I’m willing to pay more if the quality, customer service, and anything else I’m not factoring in right now are better with Simple Canvas. Your thoughts on this are appreciated:)
I had an amazing experience with the customer service at Simple Canvas. One canvas had a small mark on it, I e-mailed customer service with a picture of the canvas and mark and they sent me my entire order again.

I have had several canvases done here. Various sizes and they are all wonderful. Great customer service when I had a small flaw. They shipped a replacement that day.

I dealt with this company… great service but cheap product. Each time I had color worn off in the edges of the canvas and other defects… finally after 3 replacements I told them to just give me a refund and they did.

I have ordered several times from simple canvas prints and the quality is outstanding. Recently, I mistakenly ordered 2 16×20 prints from easy canvas prints and I immediately knew I ordered from the wrong company. There is just no comparison. I couldn’t even hang the ones I ordered mistakenly b/c the quality was so inferior. They refunded my money minus shipping and now I will be ordering from simple canvas!!

I’ve ordered from Easy Canvas a few years ago due to a Groupon deal and I thought they looked great at the time. But this year we ordered through Simple Canvas Prints and the quality is AMAZING. So much better– the image is clearer and the canvas quality is better.

I’ve ordered from Simple Canvas multiple times and have been happy with my order until this recent one which customer service repaid me for. The only thing i did different this order was pay the extra for the different finish as i thought my professional pictures i took would look better but they have flaws on them. And to be honest my pictures didn’t look any different with the extra money spent on the different finish. I would still do business with them again though because they have great customer service and my other canvases have come out looking good.

Pretty much all modern cell phones, including an iPhone 6, will take high enough resolution photos for prints of pretty much any size. I ordered from Simple Canvas last year using cell phone pictures, and they emailed me and worked with me when one wasn’t high enough resolution for the size I was ordering. I was able to get the original image emailed from the person’s phone it was taken on, and that helped!
P.S. Everyone loved their simple canvas gifts last year! Three people cried when they opened them!!! Excellent Quality, and outstanding customer service!!!
I have several orders to place to 3 different states, would you offer a shipping discount on separate orders?
Yes could someone tell me if you can use cell phone pictures for any of the canvas photos or does it have to come from regular camera thanks for any help
I wanted to order 24″x24″ print but it looks like it doesn’t qualify for free shipping because it’s $49.54 which is less than 50 cents away from free shipping. I’ll just order from Easy Canvas Prints instead – I’ll go with a 24″x36″ size though. My brother had an awesome experience with them (he ordered the 24″x36″ canvas from them for $48.42 with shipping before).
I’ll just wait for a better deal… I’m in no rush. I wanted to do our wedding pics from over 10 years ago 🙂
