It reduces the number of points depending on how many you use. It took mine from 38,000 to 27, 000 but I had to reach out to customer service because I only received about 11,000 points.

Hi Julie, as posted above by Christy if you use points to purchase it will reduce the number of points you get back. But depending on when your points expire it might be something to consider.
Hi Julie, I used $20 in points and it said that I still would receive the $40 in points. In my experience, if that disappears when you click to redeem them then you won’t get them. I would at least try.

Linda, I took screen shots and it said on my email confirmation that I received $40. But I always take screen shots in case. Hope that helps. I usually get myour points when the item ships, so still waiting for it to ship.

I used a 20% coupon, $20 in points, $54 out of pocket, and will supposedly receive $62 back in points. I’m not going to hold my breath on actually getting those points back, but I did screen shot!
I had the 15% coupon avail, $20.15 in points, $61.37 out of pocket and will receive $40 back in points. AMAZING DEAL!! I’m surprised they’re not sold out by now.
Do you know why some have 20% and others only 15%? I’ve been a SYW member for a long time.
