Anybody recommend an UD eyeliner? I just realized they discontinued my fav, All Nighter (black) 🙁
I used to use the gel liner but not sure if they still carry out. It was fabulous.
Love P mascara.Does anyone have the after dark liners,I don’t like sparkle.
I have the after dark trio, they are great. I think only one has sparkle and it is more of a subtle shimmer. I love them.

I ordered two of their primers on Cyber Monday and only received one. I called to to find out why and they said that they’re primers are on backorder. I still haven’t received the other one. Has anyone else had this problem? This is the first time I’ve ever ordered from Urban Decay. Just wondering if this is usual or not.
I think they are in the process of changing the packaging on some things for the Spring launch (they posted some pics on their fb); I’m hoping they aren’t changing formulas, too bc I <3 the makeup setting spray!

That happened to me too. I also called and was told the same thing. I received an email notification that it shipped two days ago and it’s set to arrive on Monday. Very good customer service.
They will fix it. I have ordered from them a lot and never had any issues, so definitely just a one off.
The same thing happened to me but I just got my second primer in the mail yesterday. Just let customer service know and they will take care of it really quickly! They were great to work with and my order came within a week!

I also ordered two of the primer potions on the Cyber Monday sale and only received one. I called in yesterday and was helped. Supposedly it needs to go to a manager and be signed off, and then they will reship.
