I just talked to customer service and they won’t do a price adjustment for promo codes. Only if the cost of the item has decreased
It won’t let me use the 20% off and the 30% off together on men’s Wrangler jeans. It only took the 30% off.

Many name brands don’t allow the % off coupons to be used. Kohls cash and rewards work.
Without the extra 20% off, Wranglers are cheaper at Walmart’s regular price of $16.77. Even with the extra 20% off they would still be cheaper at Walmart!

You have to clear codes and put BUYNOw first then the Frosting and it should work. Did for me !!
I would suggest going to the “today’s deals” tab and clicking on the extra 20% off picture to direct you to the clothing and accessories that this coupon applies to.

It’s very selective. Even when you click on the buynow link for clothes not everything is included. Never had this many issues with a kohl’s promo code. Had to call for it to work and still didn’t get all the discount I should have.
When I add BUYNOW to my wallet in the app it says it’s $10 off $50
