Hi Amanda, my family has purchased several of these cameras. We’ve had trouble installing most of them and their app/website could use an update. I think their customer service by phone is pretty good though. For me that is generally more of a hassle because I’d rather look up the problem on their website than call, explain, and wait for them to go through their algorithm of steps before they solve the problem. Honestly, from that alone, I would look at another brand.
One of our d-link cameras stopped working for no reason after a few months as well.
