I ordered the personalized necklace deal on Dec 1st, just received it yesterday and the name on it was wrong, not even the right name. called their customer service, basically said they couldn’t do anything about it even though it was their mistake, that I could try taking it back to a zales store and try to get a refund. Will never order from them again!
Oh no! I am actually waiting to receive the same item for my niece. I finally got an email last night saying that it was on it’s way. I had emailed customer service and tried to call – could never get anywhere. I’m hoping I just get it and it’s right and it’s all over. But, I’m the same – will never buy from them again.
I hope you receive your order in time and that it’s right! I was upset that mine was wrong but since it was their fault not mine I would have been not nearly as frustrated if they would have just said they would fix it even though I know it wouldn’t arrive til after Christmas but they wouldn’t even fix it, all they could tell me was take it back to a Zales store and “try” to get a refund.
I’m so sorry. I don’t understand at all. Was they made spelling/close to what you ordered or was it a completely different name? I am so worried now about this. Like you, I’m sure, this is a gift for Christmas. I hate to try to find a “backup” but it sounds like I need to be prepared for that. Ugh! I hope you get a refund. It’s not even really about the money to me – but that it’s just TERRIBLE to treat people like this and potentially force them out to the store so close to Christmas when they’d thought a gift was taken care of!

I got one for my daughter and instead of Ella it looks like Bla because of the font and I can’t get their customer service number to even ring, just a fast busy signal. I sent an email but haven’t heard anything back yet, three days of waiting now.
I’m not social media savvy but maybe if you place your complaints on Facebook or twitter, you might get a faster response. Just a thought. I know when my flight was delayed for like 12 hours, my fellow passengers se t out tweets and got responses from the airline.
