  You have to add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once you do that it shows up. Mine adds tax so total is: $4.54

  I made the mistake of not selecting the “lighting deal.” Took me a few minutes – ugh. Otherwise using “one-time” or “Subscribe and Save” was coming up higher.
