They’ve been doing 50% off ever sense NOVEMBER. I got an email about 75% off. They have been having 70% off for the past month it seems like. Great deals!! And they allow coupons on their non clearance items, even after the 70-75% off
I got good prices this year; November and december were the best months for buying. My best store for buying and the clothes were beautiful.

The outlet is at 75%! I spent about $145 and had over $400 in savings at Sawgrass Mills in Florida.

They’ve been doing 50-80% since thanksgiving, i keep going back getting more really cheap beautiful stuff 😊 i noticed the store in Lynnwood, WA mall was all wiped out 70% and few items left. Sad to see them close, i finally found a store with good quality clothes 🙁

I get my work pants at white house black market. If you watch for sales you can get them at a decent price and they hold up well and last!
Yes – so sad. All of the STL stores are closing by 1/7 and everything is an additional 75% off the clearance price. Pants are $5. Shirts $5. Blazers $8! Insane and so sad. My go to for work apparel. Can’t believe they all went under.
I’ve never ordered from them. Are they pretty true to size? Like if I wear a 2 in the dressy pants from old navy, should I go with 2? I know old Navy runs big IMO. Thanks.

I know! My closet was full of Limited stuff when I was working. Everything was so classy, but reasonably priced. Then they changed buyers or something and their clothing style went downhill fast. The last thing I bought was a shirt about 2? years ago when they some $10/10 coupon promo.

I figured this was coming. They have been practically giving away stuff since before thanksgiving
No returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Also, don’t expect to receive your purchase for atleast 3 weeks or more. I am still waiting for my order I purchased online 3 weeks ago and still showing it is processing.
It makes sense now – I ordered online on 12/7 for one of their 70% off promos and my order never shipped and I had trouble getting through to customer service to cancel my order. It was very frustrating since I had ordered a Christmas gift and the rep on the phone was very rude to me. I’m sad to hear the store is closing but the deep discounts and slow service makes more sense…
I used to love them when they had good buyers and good quality pieces. So sad that company wasn’t managed well they used to be my go to store back in the day.
At this point, I would highly advise against placing an order. The visitors posts on The Limited Facebook page is chock-full of comments from customers whose Black Friday orders have not yet shipped. Many are still being charged for non-shipped orders. What a nightmare.
If you want to take advantage of great prices, shop in store so you guarantee that you walk out with items you pay for. Otherwise, I personally think placing an order online is too risky. If The Limited charges you for an unshipped order, or sends you the wrong merchandise, you may be SOL. A company that is about to shutter its doors is not concerned with providing good customer service. And good luck trying to successfully collect on a claim in bankruptcy court- there won’t be any funds to pay out your claim after the big-time creditors are paid out first. All of this potential hassle is not worth it to me, personally.

Certainly there could be cause for concern based on recent feedback..but talking about trying to get reimbursed through the legal system if your $20 sweater doesn’t ship seems a little over the top, no? Just file a chargeback with your credit card company.
Good point. I agree. However, a lot of people use debit cards, which does not offer the same protection as credit cards.
I had an email the other day saying it was 90 off in stores but then yesterday it said 75 off. And you can’t use any additional coupons in stores but you can online. I was hoping they wouldn’t close completely or keep the online store but it’s not looking good. I buy all my work clothes here so no idea where I’ll be shopping now 😥
I would not order online-some people are still waiting on black Friday orders and their customer service sucks!

The store in Jacksonville, FL closed. I was able to get 4 items at 75% off. I used to love their clothes but the quality has definitely gone down. I now buy my work tops, skirts and jackets from Ann Taylor when they have an additional 40-60% off clearance. Their quality is outstanding
Heads up: I ordered from The Limited on Dec 12 and still have not had my ordered shipped!! I called yesterday and emailed them and I asked for a roundabout time when it would ship and the response I got: “I have no idea. The items haven’t shipped because they are not in stock and they’re waiting on the items to be become available otherwise your order would have been canceled. They are tying to fill your order”

Store in Chesapeake Va was 80% off. Was able to score a $100 dress for 20. Unfortunately most of the store was wiped out
I went to use my gift card I had before they closed. I found out that they had deactivated it sure to lack of use. Apparently the gift card expires but the money doesn’t!? So now I have been on hold for over 2 hours twice, been given multiple disconnected numbers, transfered multiple times, and have all gotten nowhere. Basically, weekday I have heard is good luck getting that money back especially before they shut down for good. I am really upset because they took my $70 and are very likely never giving it back.
I got my black friday order weeks ago and the one i placed on the 12th shipped on 26th already, hav no problem w getting stuff..yes its longer than before but then i do so much online shopping and around this time of yr EVERYTHING is so late due to snowy states and holidays..got my patience 😊
Store in Columbia, SC closed its doors over a week ago. I was there Thanksgiving weekend and not one word was spoken about closing. Less than 3 weeks later, only fixtures remained.
Not a fan of the limited. Bought a sweater this fall and it fell apart after wearing it twice. Also had some issues with customer service…
I too am so sad about them closing. Didn’t realize they were closing until I happened to be at the mall earlier this week. They have been my go-to for works clothes for years! And everything I bought always washed and wore so well.
So I did some digging – because I got emails about 80 and 90% off – my local store found out December 17th that they were closing the 28th. They closed a TON of stores on the 28th and it looks like the rest are going to go soon. I wouldn’t order online. My MIL ordered a few things for me for Christmas on Black Friday, but now they’re reporting very slow shipping if it ever goes.
I bought a couple things there before Christmas I need to return them. Any idea if they’ll let me?
