Do any of you use TopCashBack? How do you like it? Is it easy to use?
I don’t like it. They sent me a $5 promotion email to spend $20 at a listed store and receive $5 cashback. After 4 months I emailed them because the site said I visited the merchant but it didn’t track the purchase. Customer service says if you email them regarding a promotion and it doesn’t track the promotion is invalid. I used them before this and it took MONTHS to receive cashback. I don’t want to use an app/website and have the job of tracking THEM to pay me.

We would usually need to see the transaction track in order for us to be able to apply a bonus to your earnings. Not good.
I never got cash back from them.
It has been a 8 months now and they keep saying that it will take additional 3 more months bcs of some issue.
I would use Ebate instead of topcash back.
Other people may have different opinions but that was my personal experience with topcash back which was worst ever.

I agree. TopCashback is a ripoff. 6 months to get cashback from Clinique. Why bother.

When a cashback amount tracks to your earnings, we usually need to receive the payment from the retailer before we can award this to your account. We understand that this might be frustrating but we feel that by waiting for the payment, it allows us to offer higher rates sometimes! I have used top cash back for two years now. I have never had a problem getting paid quickly. You can get it as a direct deposit or in a card form. I find that the cash back percentage is usually the same but sometimes a bit higher than ebates. Hope this helps! It’s easy to use and I always cash out in amazon gift cards because it pays you more and only takes a day or to after cash back request. Once I Forgot to use an amazon gift card and contacted customer service after 2 years ( I totally forgot to apply) but with in few hours they sent me new one!
