I agree, read the fine print and check out the website before you buy. I mean, $35 for 9 dipped rice Krispy treats?? Plus whatever the shipping would be. That makes the actual out of pocket cost $17 PLUS shipping, after the Groupon is applied. Most of the items are minimum $30, often much more, so you end up paying shipping in addition to the Groupon, in addition to the difference between your selection and the amount the Groupon covers. I can’t believe people spend this much. I’ve seen comparable work locally for way less.
but your locals don’t have thousands to waste on national advertising for every talk radio show out there. If they got their shipping costs under control, then maybe I’d try one of these treats
