It is add on if you just do it as a one time purchase, but if you subscribe and save then its not add on. I didn’t have the 25% off but I think i used it on another item this month already
When I do the subscribe and save even when u click the q it doesn’t give me the savings.
It’s a 20 pack, not 21, so it’s 24.45 cents per pack.
