Has anyone experienced amazon perishable items shipped being crushed/dented/open? I just received Belvita bisquits shipped with a 24 pk of Zevia cola- the bisquits were crushed to crumbs. I was given a refund but this isnt the first time.
I was even shipped a 12 ct pack of canned Muir Glen tomatoes- every single can had a dent. I didnt even look at them until it was to late to ask for a return.
I have been doing subscribe and save for about two years. I have had more problems with these shipments and products than any other with Amazon. Every other subscription month I find at lest one item crushed, leaking, opened or missing. They always refund or replace so I keep on subscribing, but it gets annoying sometimes.
Yes! It seems to happen here at least every other month….sometimes more frequently. I like the prices, but not the messes. I’ve had juice boxes crushed and everything was sticky and soaked. I’ve had cleaners packed upside down and everything was covered in cleaner. It has to cost them a fortune in refunds and lost merchandise. I’m not sure why there isn’t a better standard for packing.
What are the best products to get via subscribe and save? I’m looking to add a couple more, but don’t know which are the best deals. Thanks!!
