   So, I’ve ordered every one of these boxes in the past (plus all of the others) and really enjoyed the samples and found them worthwhile!

   However, I wanted to give a heads up — you *might* have to contact Amazon customer service to track down your sample credits when you try to use them.

   For some reason several of my boxes just never had the credit “activate,” for lack of a better word. For example, the Mr. Olympia box shipped and I received it, but Amazon’s system didn’t track that my box had been delivered, so it never gave me the credit. The credits just showed as “pending,” but were greyed out and not available to be used. In other cases the credits would show as available, but wouldn’t apply to orders — yep, even for qualifying items. Other credits — all of the beauty samples, for example — automatically applied with no issues!

   It’s nothing a little message to Customer Service won’t fix, but it can be a little frustrating if you’re expecting the credits to automatically show up on a future order.

   Fortunately Amazon has all of the Sample Boxes and your earned credits collected in one place, so you can check your available credits and be sure you’ve received and used em all at http://www.amazon.com/sample-boxes

   Are these worth it? I mean I’ve looked at the comments, but since I know people on this site are pretty savvy, are these worth paying for?

  I think they’re definitely worth it as long as there’s at least one item, whether in the box or of similar type, that you will use and don’t mind purchasing from Amazon.

  For example, I thought the Crest sample kit was a great deal! I got a full tube of toothpaste and floss, then got the full $4.99 back when I purchased the 3D White Strips when they were on sale around the holidays.

  The beauty boxes are a little more of an investment, but if you’ll use the items in them, then they’re worth it, too!

   Highly recommend the 11.99 beauty box. I was really happy about the samples that came with it as I use quite a few of those brands. Just placed another order for full size items that the credit applied to today – be aware that most are add on items, so you’ll have to spend $25. What I found out is that you can have $25 worth of add on items – you don’t actually have to buy a regular priced item of $25.

  If you click Collin has for the “Amazon Sample Boxes” it will take you to a page that shows your credits in categories. I have no idea how to find that page on my own though!

  From the Amazon product page… After your Sample Box ships, your credit will be automatically applied to your account. You will also receive an email with instructions about how to use your credit. HTH! 🙂

   My luxury beauty box I received last week had 18 of the 20 samples promised. Also, only a sample of the Phyto product advertised and no Julep despite it being pictured. Just an FYI. These were bummers for me so hope to help you out!

  If you haven’t already, get in touch with Customer Service and I bet they could send you a replacement — at least for the Julep!

  One of my sample boxes (the flavored syrups) arrived with one of the samples damaged and they just shipped me another entire box for free. 🙂 Amazon’s Customer Service is the best!
