The ingredients are all worth a try but if you are really suffering I suggest trying some of the herbs singirlarly and not all mixed together to really identify the positive negative or neutral effects on your condition.
Do more research for sure before using that way you don’t rule out all these wonderful herbs at once if this blend does not work for you

Great! I am totally going to try it. 3 kids, tons of activities, all three girls are on a gymnastics competitive team. The stress of paying the bills every month.
