Did anyone else think this movie was pure garbage?
Our whole family loved it.
My family also really liked it! Yes it has kind of a dark aspect to the storyline, but at the end of the day it’s a comedy about talking pets. Parents should note the PG rating and definitely check it out before letting the kids watch if they are concerned. I had no problem letting my four year old watch, but it might not be for everyone!
We would not allow our kids to watch it.
We didn’t like it
We all loved it!
Yes but my kids loved it for some reason lol
Best Buy… not that price on Amazon 🙁 shipping is 3.99 boo
Are you able to grab it for in store pick up?
Thanks for the Amazon update, love when they go for the same price! And not really, closest Best Buy is about an hour drive each way lol
You’re welcome! Happy you could score it from Amazon instead!
My family enjoyed it .
Glad to hear they liked it Cori! Thanks for sharing!
I thought the beginning was cute but once they start all that aggressiveness with that group of dogs I stopped watching. Why does there always have to be an evil side that’s very mean and likes to fight? About the movie that I thought was complete crap was Trolls it was so bad and full of so many clichés. Actually most kids movies today are just one cliché after another. And they all seem to follow a formula with the same stereotypes.
What would a movie be about if there isn’t conflict?
Lol right. This is a kid’s movie, if you like it, great but kind of irrelevant.
Sorry to hear you did not care for it Cathy! Thanks so much for the honest review!
I thought this movie was fine, and I actually liked Trolls, didn’t think I would. No, they don’t make cartoons like they used to, but maybe that’s just us being nostalgic for our own childhoods. And of course they follow a formula, it’s for kids, they need to be able to follow it & stay interested. Conflict ensures that, kids need to root for the good guys.
FYI: I know this says Best Buy, but Amazon also has the BluRay, DVD and Digital copy on sale today for $14.99. Free shipping too if you have prime 🙂
Thanks for the heads up Haley! Just updated!
My family just had redboxed it and we all LOVED it! Was able to get it for free with my amazon visa rewards points. 🙂
Great score Susan! Happy to hear everyone enjoyed it!

Thank you Collin!! I’m looking ahead for my three yr old’s Easter basket!!
You’re welcome!
Yay! Thanks for posting. I used my $10 off $10 Best Buy coupon and purchased for $6.10 with tax and in store pickup. My daughter points to the movie and says whoo whoos every time we pass it in target. Perfect gift for her 2nd birthday next week!
What a great deal Natalie! You’re so welcome! Happy Birthday to your daughter! 😀
Best Buy has a free (Best Buy exclusive) Max plush so I was able to get that, too!
Does anyone know how long you can leave it at the store if you do in store pick-up. I want the plush toy, but can’t pick it up for a couple of days.
Thanks Collin! This is perfect when i combined it with the $10 gift certificate that best buy sent a few weeks ago.
Perfect! You’re welcome Diana!
I ordered a movie the other night and have until the 28th to pick it up so its just over a week.
SWEET!! Used $10 off coupon in store, total $5.75, plus used 2% cash back from Ibotta!!!
