I downloaded the app this morning and signed in and 200 points were then added to my account and I’ve not made a transaction yet.

Grrr….. I just downloaded this last week then I get the email yesterday.
I hate the kohls app – I downloaded it last month so that I could buy something online while in store and get free shipping. Wouldn’t give me free shipping no matter what I did. Customer service couldn’t help since kohls.com isn’t part of the store. Had to use the dang kiosk, which is a huge pain.
You have to be connected to their wifi to get free shipping… but, For me, it’s a hit and miss kind of thing. Sometimes it won’t even let me connect to it
For me it’s not wifi, but you have to have location services turned on
Kohls says “Customers who have already downloaded Kohl’s mobile app are not eligible” but I don’t know how accurate that is. I had downloaded and used the Kohls app a couple times this fall. I didn’t like it and after Kohls added the “Wallet” section on its website, I didn’t use the app again. I just tried to open it now (I didn’t sign in) and it said it needed updating. Well, I uninstalled it, installed the new version, signed in, and I got the 200 Y2R points!

I got the points for this deal. I see them online. 301. How much is it worth? $15? How to redeem them in store without the apps? Do the points have to be transferred into the wallet prior to the shopping in the store? In the store, I present Yes2You card and then what? Ask to redeem the points?
