I agree the new program is not very friendly and no fun. Coke you need to go back to the old program even if you make it a FEW more codes to get free product. It looks like I will be switching to other soft drinks. It’s a big shame since my last name is COLA, and was very proud to drink cola products.

    • Linds

I agree with this comment, the app doesn’t seem to work to scan the codes and you get very limited options for the codes now.

      • Gwen Roberts

I agree. I tried the new rewards program and not happy at all. It doesn’t work. A royal pain. I have a bag of Coke Tops to donate to charity. Now, I have to throw them out. SAD!!! Why mess with what works. Don’t fix what’s not broke.

    • Cleveland12

I totally agree with you Sherry. I’ve been with the code thing for 10 years. Down the drain now!

  2. Howard

I’m sure at least 95% of people don’t like the new program. Maybe we should flood Coke with emails, I have one I sent below (mycokerewards.general@na.ko.com) and Also post on their facebook page https://www.facebook.com/CocaColaRewards/

how do I see if I won anything with all the codes I entered ending July 30

  4. Maiah

I remember doing this in grade school and now they’re ending it. I was so excited to get right back in the game I even took my time out of my day to do this. I’m very disappointed. Now we have to fight to the death for a vacation to go to France when all I wanted what is a football or something. This is disappointing and upsetting.

    • Edna Spencer

I have drank coke products for over sixty years, so I was very sad to see you do away with my coke rewards! Today is the second time that I have looked on coke rewards website.please brink coke rewards back!!

  5. Judy

I redeemed reward points for movie tickets and it is no longer on my phone. How can I recover it.

  6. roland

very disappointed on losing out on all products purchased to receive codes to use for prize opportunities and then have program swept out from under us. losing al our points claimed, what a ripoff on changes. should have received something for our participation for all these years played.

  7. Connie L Acri

This is totally unfair that The Coke company has changed the reward program. There are many people that have been very loyal to the coke cola brand and we deserve better then this.I still have a lot of bottle caps to redeem. I don’t believe for one minute that coke Cola company can no longer afford to run this program. They are really a disappointment to so many people. I for one will not buy their products any more..Very pitiful!

    • Stan Waggoner

All the complaining about this rip off are right.
I had 7500 points accumulated, and now all my time and effort playing has been stolen.
I am now a Pepsi drinker, and all others upset by this ripoff should do the same.
      Fool me once…….

  8. Rebecca marcelin

Can’t find where to enter codes. You made it more difficult than ever to access point Regis. Not happy gonna start drinking Pepsi products again..ur ur products aren’t that great. I will learn to love again

  9. karen otero

Why not make easier to enter the codes that have been collected and still being collected . Instead of for a selected few.

  10. Pam Allen

I have been saving bottled diet coke tops for my grandchildren for months. I must have 200 and now I find out that the program has been discontinued!! Why?? They love the program and the rewards. Should I just box them up and send them to you?? They will be so disappointed!!!

    Pam Allen

  11. jennifer

Hate this new program!! You took all the fun away!

    • Freddy Palacios

Me too hate this new program , y whant put my code but l don’t know how?

      • peter kuhlman

freddy – you just click on sweepstakes you want to enter and enter the code just like old site

        • Hilda Romero

It doesn’t give me an option to enter codes unless I’d scan option
          I hate this app

  12. Miranda

Hate the new program well at least I’m not worried about buying coke anymore

  13. Gwendolyn Eason

Have a collection of Reward tops like others on here. Sad, there’s no way to Redeem them. Program changes are normal, but, faithful , dedicated consumers from generations back, are hard to come by. To make matters worse, my daughter wears a Heart Monitor from time to time, for Heart Problems due to drinking only Coke a Cola. She’s totally addicted. I do drink the product, but no dark colored cokes. Hope you find away we can redeem… for some, it’s an investment and legacy.

  14. Gregg

There’s an old saying that seems appropriate for situations like CocaCola has perpetrated on we, the Coke Cap Collectors of the World: If it’s good, they’ll stop making it (or running it). You may respond to Coca Cola Bottling however you feel is appropriate. At least that is how grown-ups try to act.

  15. George

I was participating in the rewards program and seemed to forget about it but I still kept on collecting caps …now I have a few thousand caps (you heard me right a FEW THOUSAND) and I would like to know what to do with them now …. What do I do throw them in the garbage and poof that’s it with collecting….. You know how long it takes to save up a few thousand caps , myself……. after saving that many caps and drinking that much soda ,I am surprised I don’t have diabetes by now from all the soda I drank….. When you have a chance please return with an answer on what I should do with the boxes and boxes of caps I have accumulated …… Thank You

    • peter kuhlman

george i would like to haveall of them i’ll pay for the shipping of course email me at kuhlman_peter@hotmail.com

  16. Myron A

I to am disappointed that the Coke Rewards program ended without people being able to enter unlimited codes to use all their codes. But I noticed that reward codes are still on bottles & cartons but the only offers in emails are for donating to schools or virtual prizes loaded on a cell phone that then disappear . Does Coke have any plans for some REAL rewards in the near future?

    • peter kuhlman

MYRON if you go to web site coke.com you can see under rewards that there are a few sweepstakes that’s why you can use your points for certain ones like the one were you can win a trip for 4 to hawaii requries a 12pk code but other ones you us caps codes . that’s what they have now unfortunately is sweepstakes that you can enter with your codes

  17. Sarahdamko

WHAT THE ?!!!!!!! Are you kidding me????? I finally get a smartphone and have been looking forward to redeeming 13 years of codes. As in more than 4000. So,now what?

    • peter kuhlman

sarahdamko- did you go to new coke site ? coke.com you can still use your codes but unfortunately just for sweepstakes entriesim hoping like other people they change it back like it was were you could exchange points you saved for different items.

  18. cher

Lots of us spend large amounts of money on coke’s products and now your’re telling me they can’t afford to treat their customers in such a manner
I think we all need to stand together and switch brands .
    thank
    Sincerely very disappointed coke customer

  19. Rose

Can’t afford it Huh! Just greed is all it is I hate this new program . nothing worth trying for anymore always like to get the gran kids something and have it mailed to them . Thanks Coke for taking the joy away PLEASE bring the old one back

  20. Teresa Sheppard

Loved the old program hate the new! Go back to the old program I gave my caps to the school this is sad!

  21. goldenwds

    Comments:
I have looked at the new MyCoke Rewards program and I am thoroughly unsatisfied! with new MyCoke Rewards Program
I never won anything on old program – But wish-fool thinking – tried all the time – since Concepcion of the MyCoke Rewards Program
1st was Placing rewards characters on daily – only allowed so many
    Then was weekly 120 points
    Then was weekly 100 points
    Then was weekly 75 points
It was challenge to get enough point & place on reward before end of the period.
Was wishful thinking to win a trip to New York City or Cruise or Airline tickets for two
But this is now ridiculous – just building up social media – like Facebook – twitter – etc
To me this new program – just wast of time – cannot win anything any more
I stuck with the old program to the end!

  22. Michelle

Coke rewards are just crap now. You don’t have many options at all, and the options they do give isn’t rewards that could be everyone. I don’t like it at all. I usually go through 2 2 liters a day while at home, and I buy 3 12 packs a week as well. So, I spend a great deal of money each year to coke which I didn’t mind as much because I was also able to use my codes for rewards. Now that they have changed the rewards program, it is horrible and with Cokes customer loyalty, it was a bad move for them, and I hope it was bad enough where a lot more customers like me switch to another company so they can feel the effect and make changes. I am no longer buying Coke products nor will I buy any unless they make changes. I think its complete crap how the other companies can offer their loyal customers rewards but Coke isn’t… after all, it’s the loyal customers who make their companies a success, and when you have customers such as myself that spend $30-40 a week of their paycheck to their company they should offer something to them that says, “Thanks for the loyalty and support!” It’s a shame when a company cannot/will not do that for those who are loyal to them.

    • peter kuhlman

michelle- if you have any caps or 12pk codes that your not going to use i would like them. email me at kuhlman_peter@hotmail.com

  23. LYNNE

I purchased an 8 pack of bottles and all the caps still have the rewards codes underneath. If you end a program shouldn’t your product reflect the change? Especially since it has been 6 months since the change went into effect.

    • peter kuhlman

LYNNE – YOU CAN STILL USE THE CODES ON NEW SITE BUT JUST FOR VARIOUS SWEEPSTAKES AND CONTEST. YOU CANT USE POINTS TO SAVE FOR VARIOUS ITEMS LIKE OLD SITE THAT’S THE ONLY DIFFERENCE. I KNOW IT’S WAS KIND OF CONFUSING WHEN I FIRST HEARD ABOUT NEW COKE PROGRAM TOO. IF YOU WANT ANY MORE INFO I CAN TRY TO HELP JUST EMAIL ME AT kuhlman_peter@hotmail.com

  24. Kathryn Lee

Why are there still codes under the caps?

    • peter kuhlman

Kathryn – didn’t you know you can still enter the codes on new site coke.com but the difference is you can only use codes for sweepstakes entries

  25. Sarah Loshe

It really sucks that all of our old points are gone:-( I worked hard saving those!!!

  26. kilkee

I agree as well the old coke rewards program worked and gave everyone choices to reward them selves. Coke not certain what the team was thinking you need to either add more options back in so the points can be used on different items.
It is not worth having to check a web site everyday to see if something of interested is there to enter the coke codes.

  27. Nancy Renee Hartsburg

Somebody please help. Apparently in comments below Coke did away with the rewards program, however it allows me to get to the rewards box but I can’t figure out how to enter the points. Also I have a huge Ziploc bag filled with points. Thanks for any help. They should have left the Coke Rewards program alone!!!

    • peter kuhlman

NANCY – YOU CANT USE THE POINTS ON OLD SITE. BUT WITH NEW SITE COKE.COM YOU CAN ENTER THE CODES FOR VARIOUS SWEEPSTAKES JUST CHOOSE THE SWEEPSTAKES YOU WANT TO ENTER THEN ENTER THE CODE SOME OF THEM YOU NEED THE 12PK CODES BUT MOST OF THEM ARE FOR THE CAPS IT’LL SAY NEXT TO SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU NEED TO ENTER A 12 PK CODE OR NOT TO ENTER THAT CERTAIN SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU NEED MORE INFORMATION I CAN TRY TO HELP EMAIL ME AT kuhlman_peter@hotmail.com

  28. richard

i cant believe they took my coke rewards away i had so much points like others this is unfair. I have not tryed the new program though P.S whats it called I”m never having coke products again- good riddance 🙁

    • richard

you take away our fun you fiends then we take away your money!!!! we”ll see how funny it is when your bankrupt

  29. JESS

I am totally disappointed with the so called new coke rewards program! You can’t just enter your codes to add them up for later use on items like footballs, bags, etc… please bring back the real rewards program. I don’t care for the sweeps, I have a ton of codes that I can’t do anything with but either donate them or throw them away.

    • peter kuhlman

JESS- if you don’t want them i would like to have them i could pay you for shipping. how many do you have and are they all caps ? email me and let me know my email address is kuhlman_peter@hotmail.com

  30. Demetrius

Sad… Took out a huge bag of codes to have the grandkids enter the codes that I have been saving. Found out that the coke rewards that I had are gone and now have all these reward codes I don’t even understand how to use. No email warning on a change!
Rewards they say are donated to charity …. What charity??? If my rewards were being donated should be able to choose what charity and shouldn’t I have the choice if that is what I wanted to do?
No accountanility no tracking… Very deceiving on the way coke has done this.
Of course coke is going to come back with some kind of terms and conditions that they were allowed to do this. What a waste of time and collecting the codes was just clutter in my house.
Disappointed with your sad way of doing business.
    DTB

    • peter

DEMETRIUS- I WOULD INTERESTED IN TAKING THE BAG OF CODES YOU HAVE IF YOU DON’T WANT THEM I’LL PAY YOU FOR THE SHIPPING. EMAIL ME AND LET ME KNOW . MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS: kuhlman_peter@hotmail.com let me know how if you know or have estimate of how many you have thanks

  31. Amy Baughman Avon

Using The My Coke Rewards Was More Fun Than Scanning More Fun & Less Annoying.. Bring Back The Code Entry Process !

  32. eva smith

First your company changed the maximum for a week now you have made the program so it discourages people from use it. What a waste as I have been doing this for maybe 10 years but not anymore.

  33. Cynthia M. McDaniel

Yes I had a gallon bag of codes from boxes of cans…all garbage.
    Sad….🤤

    • Julie

It’s very sad, huh? I had been doing the rewards for years. I’ve stopped saving the codes, but never threw out the codes I’d been saving for what seemed to be forever. I keep hoping they’ll change the rewards program back to something better. That’s why I can’t bring myself to throw them away.

      • peter

julie if you want to sell them i would be interested in buying them let me know how many you have and price. my email address is kuhlman_peter@hotmail.com

    • peter

CYNTHIA- IF YOU STILL HAVE ALL THE CODES I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN PURCHASING THEM FROM YOU LET ME KNOW HOW MANY YOU HAVE AND PRICE MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS : kuhlman_peter@hotmail.com

  34. rex drabing

I change over to DIET PEPSI I like it better than DIET COKE

  35. Brenda

Seriously, this “New Improved Rewards” sucks, as my 17 year old Grandaughter bluntly stated. COKE, you need to listen to your Committed Coke Consumer and return back to previous Rewards program! I’ve been doing this for our not only our house hold, but to give our Hospice residents something to participate in. Very 1st time, we actually won a Fridge & donated to the Hospice Unit, they were so appreciative (BTW, they still have it, after 10 years, we still have it} you don’t always win, but it was the actual time and effort that Employees, Families of Patients worked along side together and a chance to bond and make a Weekly Activity Fun! Thanks for “Letting The Air Out of The Balloon”… And yes sure, the comment remark from Coke… Your Listening to Us….It’s March and I see NO updated items… and Cruises? No Thankyou…I prefer MY REWARDS to ENJOY on LAND! BTW, my left over Rewards Point.. DONATED??? By YOUR CHOICE!!! It BETTER Have BEEN BREAST CANCER or JUVINILE DIABETES RESEARCH!! Not some IGNORANT Charity I would have NEVER donated to!!!! Wow, What Audacity!

  36. leonard carlson

were do I turn in my codes for rewards, black bottle cap

  37. Mel Ott

The “new program” is awful! I saved the caps, but after almost a year, zero improvement in the program. I guess it is time to throw all of them (1,467) away!! Very disappointing!!

  38. jeanette Altman

I have a lot of coke tops!! Now I cant use them,, there has got to be someway we can use these points!

  39. Dorothy Morris

I too hate that you have discontinued the coke rewards program.. We buy at least 5 or more 24 pack of Sprite per month, not to mention the bottles of coke and sprite. What am I supposed to do with all of these codes???? HELP!!

  40. Meridith

This may just be the dumbest thing Coke could do. You were the #1 top selling soda, I will be interested to see if Pepsi will now become #1. They (Pepsi) have a rewards program and as you should already know, consumers like reward programs and we should be rewarded for choosing Coke over Pepsi!

    BIG MISTAKE,
    Meridith H.
    Kansas City, MO.

  41. david

the new GAME is so much like GAMBLING and the switch is more like the tactics of drug dealers seems your research efforts were a little short if at all used . is there any list to show the donations to WHAT charities?

  42. Reco

I really dislike the new program please bring back the old coke rewards.
