   I tried to do this at 2 Target stores in the Baltimore area. Neither Target would accept the coupon – not because it wouldn’t scan, but their system rejected it. I was told because the value of the coupon is higher than the item cost, the system rejects it. Any ideas? This has never happened to me before for this reason.
