I only see 10% off huggies 44 ct or less

noticed this the last time as well, I was able to use the link to add, but when I got to the store it did not reduce the cartweel.. I think they are limiting whom gets them or how many are sent out. I have no cartwheel offers for huggies except the manufacture coupons. but I do have the pampers giant pack one
