I have this and LOVE it, but I will say don’t but it for the heat option, you can barely feel the heat but still a great massager!

FYI I have a different brand name of this massager but it appears to be identical. And it blows any other massager out of the water. It’s powerful! It feels like it’s walking up and down your back and the heat is a huge plus. Just don’t lean back on it with much pressure, or pull the arm straps very tight, let it do the work. Because doing so will make you feel as though you have been assaulted for a week!
