Thank you, from a family with Celiac disease! Not a diet here, gluten free is how we have to eat to stay alive, and healthy.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You’re very welcome Kathleen! So glad to help!

any reviews on these?? what are the advantages to eating gluten-free?

    • Bethany

I like them but of course I only eat gluten free so my taste preferences have adjusted. Supposedly there aren’t a lot of advantages to eating gluten free unless you are gluten sensitive (well, depending on who you listen to!). However, if you’re like me, you may not know you’re gluten sensitive until you detox off of gluten for an extended period of time!

My mom has celiac disease and she likes Udis the best. She’s tried a lot of brands and this is definitely her favorite. These prices are good too! I’m going to grab some bread and a pizza just to have at our house for when she visits!

    • Blessed

IMHO these are only good if you have to eat gluten free.

    • Emily

For a majority of the population, there’s no benefit to eating gluten free. For the 6% of the population with sensitivity to gluten, it’s really nice to see options like this. I am so thankful that I am able to eat normal pizzas as I have tried these and they aren’t very tasty.

    • Roxy

There are actually a lot of advantages. A lot of people have improved their health by removing gluten from their diets. Even if they don’t have Celiac disease, many people are sensitive to gluten and feel much better after they quit eating it. Of course a grain free diet is even more beneficial, if you are able to do it.

Awesome!!! I’m gluten free because of gluten sensitivity. I don’t typically buy Udi’s as its so expensive, but now I can stock up!

My 11 and 5 year old and I have celiacs so this is a great buy. I Appreciate all the gf coupons being a family of 7!!! By the way we all eat this way and I have to say all my other kiddos get less sick with the gluten and dairy out of their diets and my hubby even lost weight;) thank you!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Great to hear everyone has been healthier with a gluten free diet! You’re so welcome!

  8. Jenna Walker

Even if it says (available at Walmart) you can use at Target?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes, as it is still a manufacturer’s coupon. Hope this helps! 🙂
