Everytime I try to purchase my card it makes me sign in to Amazon, but then says “the new email address you have provided is already in use. Please use a different email address” It won’t give me another option. Am I doing something wrong?
Help. I have the app and when I open it asks for number to get a code via text. I got the text, opened the app to put in code and its back to entering phone number. Tried 5 times and cannot get the code without exiting the app. anyone know a way around this??
this same thing is happening to me. it seems whenever you close the app the code expires. I am waiting for my husband to check his email and get back to me verbally and try it then so i dont have to open/close the app.
sorry to be more clear, when I click pay with amazon, it links to my husbands email which our amazon account is under. Have you tried pay thru Amazon to get the email address option and then have another device to check the code on then come back to your phone maybe?
