Although the books are tiny, about 5in’s they are nice starter books and the cute little box keeps them together well. My 4 year old can read about 1/3 of the words and has been using them daily since we got them. I think ill be putting them in mg purse soon and use them for restaurant entertainment as the size is nice for that.

I purchased this last week as well. While as a parent I find the books small and slightly boring, my 5 year old LOVES them. He carries them around in the box they come in and we read several every night. Definitely a hit with this batman loving kid! His 3 year old brother likes them too!

I disagree with the top comment. I bought this and feel it is well worth the few dollars it costs. Great for those learning to read. Got these for my son who will be reading soon! My daughter loves the regular scholastic set that is very similar to this!

Bought these last week for my 6-year-old nephew. He’s a pretty good reader and only stumbles on some of the words. He loves these books so much and dresses in his batman sweater when it’s time to read. The younger kiddo can’t read yet but he loves them just as much. Great buy.
