  Sometimes just emailing customer service seems to speed things along. One time I needed an order for my daughters birthday and they sent an email to the shipping crew and it arrived just in time. A little kindness goes a long way. Also, sometimes just inquiring on your order gets a “package on the way” email the following day. No promises..but it doesn’t hurt to try. Hope this helps!   1st purchase shipping is free on $10+. After that, shipping is free on $25. Once in awhile they have a promotion going on for free shipping. Hope this helps!
